Each cup is hand-built by using different clay materials. Marks, stamps and carvings are applied in the making process to create one-of-a-kind patterns or textures. The various imageries I try to create in my works are particularly inspired by natural elements of sky and ocean, trees and flowers, insects and animals, as well as the scenery of my everyday life: memories of trips, elements on the way home, poems that echo in my mind, and so on and so forth.
